In Japan, this technology would be contemplated for the first time in 1853 AD. being just a prototype of a steam car. As early as 1865 AD. the first train was put into operation on a route of just 600 meters, taking passengers from the Nagasaki region. Since then, the country has embraced this means of transport, ideal for long distances, and became a world reference when in 1964 AD. engineer Hideo Shima made the bullet train concept possible, capable of traveling at speeds between 200 km/h and 500 km/h. In Japan, Railway Day is celebrated on October 14th.
