The series will only have a "ok" look, as indicated by the trailer, supporting the propensity of several Japanese companies to continue adopting clichéd and unoriginal themes. On the other hand, the manga by Kiraku Kishima (story) and Ken Ogino (drawings) exhibits a respectable level of popularity, having sold over 850,000 copies in the first six volumes (according to data from last March). 

Being a typical adventure and fantasy work, the story takes place in a world where those interested in becoming adventurers must begin their careers in their early teens, so that they can develop skills and magic. This, however, is not the case for Rick, a 32-year-old man about to take the entrance test and obtain the Level E adventurer's license, the weakest of all.
